Prior to your appointment, the following items are required:
1. X-rays are required for your appointment. A referral to East River Medical Imaging will be sent to you. X-rays must be completed at this imaging center ONLY:

You must schedule an appointment with East River Medical Imaging. Please call the number above, in advance, to confirm hours of operation.
2. Three (3) clear photos of your feet - both feet together, right foot alone, left foot alone. If there is anything that you want to point out to the doctor specifically, you may take additional photos. A team member will collect the photos from you before your appointment.
3. If you have insurance and we have not collected your information, please take a clear photo of the front and back of your insurance card. A team member will collect the photos from you before your appointment.
Dr. Ragland is an out-of-network provider. Fix Your Feet will check your out-of-network benefits to determine your out-of-pocket cost.
